Research interests:

Application of solution-state NMR techniques for the investigation of:

  • Stereochemistry of compounds with central and planar charality
  • Structural analysis of fatty acids and triacylglycerols
  • Studies on the oxidation stability of fats and oils
  • Structure elucidation of small molecules - configuration and conformation
  • Molecular recognition  phenomena with cyclodextrines
