High-performance liquid chromatograph (Agilent 1100 series HPLC system), equipped with a UV-Vis (DAD) detector and ELSD (evaporative light scattering detector) - suitable for analysis of chemical compounds without UV-absorption (carbohydrates, lipids, etc.). Off-line LC / MS.
