Research Interests: Healthy high-quality fat and oil products, lipid chemistry, oxidative stability, kinetics and mechanism, antioxidants, structure-antioxidant activity relationship, kinetic and structural modelling, computer simulation, quantum-chemical calculations, optimal and effective stabilization of model and natural lipids.
