The
Institute was founded in 1972. It is a central scientific facility of the
University of Dortmund. INFU initiates, promotes and carries out
inter-disciplinary research projects in the field of environmental
protection. Furthermore, INFU coordinates the interdisciplinary
cooperations between the departments of the University of Dortmund. Its
task s also include the cooperation with other universities and
non-universities institutions in Europe and
abroad. | ||||||||
